This is my Hamsa tattoo. The hamsa hand symbolizes protection and strength. The eye in the center is to keep me safe from the evil eye. The past few months have been quite difficult with me for I have had to adjust to my father being on hospice and his health deteriorating. At my college, a woman approved for me to get more financial aid even though I didn’t know I could do that. She wore the Hamsa and introduced it into my life.
